Supply List 2011-2012

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Below please find a list of the supplies your child will need for the school year.

Supply list:

5th and 6th Grade - Math Class

• 4 marble notebook- (Make sure notebooks have 200 or more pages)

Will be used for Math Classwork, Homework, Journal, Problem of the Day/Rapid Response

• 2 bottom pocket folders (Please put your child’s name on both folders)
• 2 pack of #2 pencils and a sharpener (Please note if child does not have a pencil for every math class they will marked as unprepared for class)
• Pencil case is recommended
• 1 pack of 24 count color pencils
• 1 ruler (To be collected and held in the classroom)
• 1 pair of scissors (To be collected and held in the classroom)
• 1 pack of index cards (100 minimum)
• 3 Ziploc bags (The bags must be gallon size)
• 1 USB Drive (Minimum of 1GB)

7th Grade - Math and Religion Class
