VOCABULARY WORDS
1. Algebraic Expression - an expression that includes at least one variable.
2. Base - a number used as a repeated factor.
3. Coefficient - a number that is multiplied by a variable.
4. Evaluate - to find the value of numerical or algebraic expression.
5. Numerical Expression - a mathematical phrase that uses only numbers and operation signs.
6. Terms - the parts of an expression that are separated by an addition or subtraction sign.
7. Variable - a letter or symbol that stands for an unknown number or numbers.
8. Product - the answer to a multiplication problem.
9. Quotient - the answer to a division problem.
10. Exponent - a number that shows how many times the base is used as a factor.
